URBAN GreenUP “New Strategy for Re-Naturing Cities through Nature-Based Solutions”, is a European Horizon 2020 Project that aims to develop a tailored methodology to support the co-development of Renaturing Urban Plans focused on climate change mitigation and adaptation, and efficient water management, and to assist in the implementation of Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) in an effective way.
Valladolid in Spain, with Izmir in Turkey and Liverpool in UK, is one of the front-runner cities, within a broad international Consortium of 25 partners from 9 countries on 3 continents. More information: http://www.urbangreenup.eu
