The gale force winds that have wreaked havoc in parts of the Eastern Cape should be a reminder of the reality of climate change. That’s the view of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs MEC Zolile Williams – who visited the worst affected areas in the Buffalo City Metro. Two people died and hundreds were left homeless after structures were blown away by the strong winds.
