Wildlife biologist and education and outreach chair Alex Harper of Red Rock Audubon Society discussed subjects including urban birds, wildlife conservation, bird migration, desert ecosystems, and how being in nature is good for our well-being. Learn more about local birds, how they’re adjusting to climate change, and what they can teach us as concerned citizens. Alex plans on leaving you with ideas and steps toward solutions that build on the County’s current tree-planting and water conservation plans.
