Food security is arguably the single biggest challenge cities must get right in light of the coming permanent wave of natural disasters, courtesy of runaway climate change. And the single best way to secure reliable food supplies is to grow massive amounts indoors, within walls that protect it from storms, droughts, floods and maybe even wildfires.
