Work your way up to a local grocery store that’s a decent size and then just kind of go from there because ultimately that’s how you’re going to build your business. The bigger grocery stores will pay for themselves by the time they roll around. Whereas the small ones, you’re going to have to obviously spend a little money up front to get trays and whatever you need to grow, seed and everything. But it’ll pay for itself in the long run with experience and money, which is nice. But yeah, I think as far as how many you want to try and get per month, I mean, like Mike said, start with your first one. I mean, if you can get three restaurants per month for an entire year, you’ll be doing phenomenally well. They’re not just going to roll in. They’re not going to call you directly and say, hey, I need your microgreens.
