Police in London arrest climate change protesters reciting prayers as Corbyn takes centre stage
Police arrested two men early this morning (September 20) during the Extinction Rebellion climate change protests taking place in London.
The clip filmed today shows the moment two men who were reciting prayers, get arrested by almost a dozen police officers.
One of the activists repeatedly claims the police officers are “breaking the law” by “interrupting worship”.
Thousands of people demonstrated across the UK, with pupils leaving schools and workers downing tools as part of a global “climate strike” day.
Millions took part around the world with rallies in British cities including Glasgow, Manchester and London, urging “climate justice”.
