The demand for organic products in South Africa is increasing, and some farmers are establishing farms that solely produce unrefined products. Wensleydale a farm in the north-west of Johannesburg produces products that are a 100% organic. The farm is organically certified and also markets organic produce for 80 other organic farmers in the country. African entrepreneur spoke, Sue Jackson one of the owners of Wensleydale farm, and found more about what the farm does.
