The World Bank’s Caribbean Physical and Financial Resilience technical assistance project in collaboration with
the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development and the Climate Resilience Execution Agency for Dominica
(CREAD), is hosting a pilot Training of Trainers (ToT) Program for building professionals meant to strengthen the
capacity of the building sector to implement the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Building Code
2015.
