So let’s talk about operations and growth. When you’re setting up your schedule and everything else for your productions, for your growth, for your operations, you want to make sure you’re setting up and establishing a plan to successfully get fresh microgreens. So most of these crops take 10 days to grow. So if you’re planting on a Friday, they’re going to be ready next Monday in three days, the 10 days following. But next Monday, which is our schedule that we do. So every Friday we’re planting, every Monday we’re harvesting. So you’re always got something in germination for the Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and then Monday it comes out of germination as you’re pulling the stuff off the shelf. So you’re just replacing basically what you already put on you. That’s how we set up our production and our schedule.
