How Libraries Strengthen Small Business Communities

Panelists discussed the effects that have been seen thus far in local communities and how capacity-building efforts of this type can be extended to local nonprofits. Some of the libraries are active members of Libraries Build Business, a national initiative of the American Library Association that is intended to build capacity in libraries offering programming or services to local entrepreneurs and the small business community, prioritizing low-income and underrepresented entrepreneurs.
