Heavy rains continue to batter much of northern India, killing at least 37 people in the past three days. The Himalayan states are witnessing landslides and flash floods, while life in cities further down has been brought to a standstill. New Delhi is now bracing for floods, after receiving more rainfall than it has in four decades.
