The Boston Green Ribbon Commission recently held the third program in our GRCx series, a discussion on “Pricing the Impact of Climate Change on Urban Property Values”.

The program addressed the emerging shape of the climate risk analytics market; methods for measuring the impact of climate risk on real estate values and the economic and social impact of resilience investments; how climate risk is affecting the municipal finance market; and how Boston can leverage these new approaches to strengthen its resilience strategy.
