Did you know that Managu is referred to as the African Nightshade? The herb is thankfully edible unlike its European Nightshade cousins. Managu is known for being very bitter in taste. However the flavor can be altered by letting rest for a couple of days after cooking or by adding milk. In this edition of Kilimo na Biashara we explore Managu farming in Kenya.
