In the city of Hoi An, the people show great resiliency in their ability to cope with natural disasters, specially flooding, which are exacerbated by climate change and development. UN-Habitat has worked with the local government and other stakeholders to assess the climate change vulnerabilities and develop an eco-city strategic plan.
