A film is about climate change, a multi-faceted challenge faced by many countries around the world, including Pakistan. Oxfam and its partners are implementing one of the Urban Climate Change Resilience Trust Fund (UCCRTF) sub-projects: Promoting Urban Climate Change Resilience in selected Asian cities, including Abbottabad and Sialkot in Pakistan. ‘Building Resilient Urban Communities’ (BRUC) is a pilot and development activity focused on community-led projects and their role in urban resilience planning. The project engages cross-sectoral stakeholders, including local governments, civil society organizations, and community members.
