In this video, I share my experience of joining the Climate March in Karachi and interviewing some of the organizers and participants. They shared their views on why they marched and what they hope to achieve. I also learned about some of the environmental challenges facing Karachi and how they affect its citizens.
– The Climate March was a peaceful demonstration of solidarity and activism for a greener and cleaner Karachi.
– The marchers highlighted several environmental problems in Karachi, such as air pollution, water scarcity, waste management, and urban sprawl.
– The marchers demanded that the government cancel the Malir Expressway project, which would harm the Malir River and its inhabitants.
