Grigoris Chatzikostas, VP for Business Development, FoodScale Hub, presented Living Labs as tools for capacity building in urban farming. The approach can provide valuable insight to policy makers, companies and citizens and brings people into all phases of the innovation process – from generating ideas to building prototypes, from design to commercialization.


CityZen is a project funded by Interreg Europe. It aims to promote urban farming as a driving force for social and economic change in 5 regions.
