Going to School’s mission is to empower all children to develop the skills they need to participate in the economy and to solve poverty, unemployment, and inequality. We believe in the power of stories to transform the way children learn and create their own opportunities.
This is the story of Rajesh, who wants to add greenery and color to India’s grey, concrete buildings. Urban farming is his attempt to introduce greenery back into city life. By planting vegetables and fruits on people’s balconies, terraces and homes, he is slowly transforming the urban landscape from grey to green.
